Cancellations and/or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee. Cancellations on the day of and/or no call-no show will result in a 100% fee. Booking: A $30 deposit is required per appointment. This deposit goes towards your service and the balance is due once the service has been completed. Cancellations: This deposit is non refundable. Appointment cancellation = forfeiture of your deposit. I urge you to *reschedule* instead! Rescheduling: You may reschedule only once with an existing deposit. Rescheduled appointment must be no more than 2 weeks from original appointment date or the deposit will not apply and a new appointment required. Communication is key! I would rather reschedule than cancel so please notify me of any changes asap to avoid losing your deposit. Pedicure Client Policy For all first-time pedicure appointments, please arrive with bare toenails (no polish or gel). This allows me to properly evaluate the health of your nails and skin before beginning your service. If I observe anything that may indicate a contagious condition or other concern—including, but not limited to, fungal infections, lifted nails, broken skin, open wounds, or other conditions outside my scope of practice—I reserve the right to decline service for the safety of both my clients and my business. If service must be declined due to arriving with polish that prevents a proper assessment or because of a condition that makes it unsafe to perform the service, the appointment time has still been reserved and the full appointment fee will apply. If you’re unsure whether your feet are appropriate for a pedicure, please send me clear photos before booking or prior to your appointment. I’m happy to review them and let you know if I can safely provide the service.
